Okay... I'm going backwand with the scenes from my story.

This is the very beginning of the relationship between King Sombra and Chrysalis. Sombra want to rule Chrysalis and keep her as a prisoner in a room. He use his "fear magic" on her once, and because of this, Chrysa begin to dream about her life before she was transformed. This upset her very much.
Here comes a little spoiler about, how I imagine the life of Chrysalis before her transformation.
She was a princess, and her subjects adored her beauty. Because this... she loved noone except herself. She looked herself in her mirrors always and no matter what kind of knight or prince tried to claim her heart, she rejected. But one day, the King of the Changelings came to her kingdom. He wanted to make the beautiful, but empty hearted princess to his queen. He destroey the kingdom and killed the parents of Chrysalis. Eventually the king captured, and transformed her. But along the transformation, Chrysalis lost her memories. She remember only, that she is "her majesty", she is "your highness". She killed the king who wanted to own her as a property and claimed the leadership of the swarm.
When Sombra keep her imprisoned, Chrysalis feel it similart to the Changeling King, who she killed at the beginning of her new life.
