Holy... I just saw the preview pages of the Queen Chrysalis comic and just... HOLY SHIT. Someone took Twilight's coronation VERY bad. 
Chryssi. Is. Down.
Very down.
I never imagined she holds THIS much hate against Twilight.
She don't even accept any food from her guards and just want to left alone.
And her cell looks like this. 

Yeah... the ponies are shocked too, when they see her in this condition.
